Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting detail profile assessment of students and accordingly guiding them to shortlist the courses.
- Formulating relevant study recommendations for students depending on student requirements and eligibility.
- Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey like guidance/ checking of SoP/ Fee collection, etc.
- Ability to use CRM system to maintain and update student records
Required Candidate profile
Results-driven.
- Customer focus, Skills for business planning and business ownership
- Language skills: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English
- Education requirements: Graduation In any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years progressive experience in education management industry.
